Health Point Care Centre

Health Point Care Centre is seeking a part-time family physician to work with our senior population to cover a small longitudinal practice panel. This is an opportunity for a family physician to be a part of a team-based care model, which includes family physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, medical office assistants, and an office coordinator. The family physician will be responsibile for providing in-clinic and virtual visits to older adults (55+ years old) in the Victoria area. Management for the clinic is provided by Island Health. Access to an on-site PCN clinical pharmacist and other PCN clinicians is based on a referral basis. Pay parking is available on site for all staff. The average daily patient volume is 16-18 (no after-hour call requirements).
